Refund Policy

If your child is unable to attend the dates you have booked, you must advise Star Hotshots of the cancellation as soon as possible via email info@star-hotshots.co.uk or phone 0118 996 2512 for the below to apply.

• Cancellations made up to 5 days before the first date booked - Full refund or credit applied to your account.
• Cancellations made after 5 days of the first date booked - No refund, but a credit will be applied to your account.
• Cancellations on the day - No refund, but a credit will be applied to your account.

If you do not notify Star Hotshots that your child is unable to attend the camp, no refund or credit will be offered.

We understand you may need to amend your booking and we will be happy to change dates before the camps start, please call 0118 996 2512 to discuss.
